1. Introduction
Welcome to the Honor Forward retail collective! We are proud to offer this space as a platform for small businesses to grow and connect with new customers. Located in Wolfchase Mall, our store is part of a larger mission to supporting transitional housing, employment, and self-sufficiency for veterans and underprivileged communities.


This handbook outlines all guidelines, expectations, and procedures to ensure Honor Forward operates smoothly, professionally, and in alignment with our shared values.

2. Vendor Participation Options

  • Full-Time Vendor

    • $150/month flat fee — includes:

      • A dedicated space

      • Priority placement & signage

      • Featured on Honor Forward marketing platforms

      • Marketing Assistant

  • Part-Time Vendor (Events/Festivals/Pop-Ups)

    • $100/event

      • Shared space availability

      • Must coordinate dates in advance

      • Featured on Honor Forward marketing platforms

  • Consignment Vendor

    • $2.00 per item sold — no monthly fee

      • A dedicated space

      • Flexible inventory-based participation

      • Monthly payout minus commission

      • Featured on Honor Forward marketing platforms​

 

3. Hours & Operations

  • Store Hours:

    • Monday–Saturday: 10:00am–8:00pm

    • Sunday: 12:00pm–6:00pm

    • (Subject to mall changes)

  • Vendor Restock Times:

    • Daily before 10:00am

  • Vendors must check in with staff before any product adjustments or new inventory placement.

4. Vendor Expectations
Vendors must:

  • Submit a completed Vendor Application and Hold Harmless Waiver

  • Clearly list all products for sale

  • Notify staff in writing before adding new items

  • Display items professionally (e.g., shelves, baskets, signage)

  • Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized display

  • Remove expired or damaged products immediately (We will be donating expired product)

  • Price all items clearly

6. Product Rules & Restrictions

  • All items must be handmade, homegrown, or locally sourced unless given written approval.

  • No third-party resale unless approved due to scarcity or demand.

  • No used clothing, weapons, unsealed cosmetics, or unauthorized electronics.

  • Food items must be at least 6 inches off the floor.

  • Signage must include your business name.

7. Insurance, Safety & Store Policies

  • Vendors must hold $1,000,000 general/product liability insurance if applicable.

  • Honor Forward and Rejuvenescence are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged inventory.

  • Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax.

  • No smoking, weapons, or disruptive behavior allowed in the space.

  • Any vendor engaging in inappropriate conduct or unprofessionalism will be removed.

  • Tents used for special events must be secured with visible, safe weights.

  • Store staff may conduct site inspections of vendor production upon request.

 

8. Absence & Communication Policy

  • Vendors must notify staff 48 hours in advance of any expected absence.

  • More than 2 unreported absences per month may result in forfeiture of your space.

  • Vendor meetings may be held monthly — attendance is encouraged.

 

9. Mall & Store Compliance

  • No deep fryers, alcohol, or open flames are permitted.

  • Decorations must not include glitter, confetti, or balloons.

  • All trash and packaging must be disposed of properly.

  • No blocking fire exits or mall pathways.

  • Pets must be on a leash and cleaned up after.

  • Final inventory removal must occur by 8:00pm on the last day of your rental.

10. Incident & Emergency Procedures

  • In case of injury or emergency, notify a staff member and call 911 if needed.

  • Minor first aid is available on site.

  • A fire extinguisher is kept behind the checkout counter.

  • Suspicious activity or theft should be reported immediately.

 

11. Store Promotion & Vendor Support

Vendors benefit from:

  • Inclusion in Honor Forward's digital and print marketing

  • Opportunities to host demos, tastings, and workshops

  • Social media features on Instagram and Facebook

  • Press outreach for community events

12. Termination of Agreement
Honor Forward reserves the right to terminate vendor participation for:

  • Repeated policy violations

  • Non-payment

  • Unsafe products or conduct

  • Damage to mall property or equipment

  • Disruption to customers or other vendors
